Occupational integration
The Institute assists young ESNAM graduates in their first professional steps by facilitating contacts with the professional world.
To date, the plan for integration is based on two concrete supports:
- Tremplin residencies, which accommodate graduates’ artistic projects during the three years following graduation, for periods varying from one to three weeks. Table work, experimentation, rehearsals, construction, all depending on the projects’ advancement;
- assistance in the hiring of young graduates by companies or artistic teams;
In addition, an experiment with the FLUXUS cultural incubator program is underway. On the initiative of the DRAC Grand EST, it is the first transversal and regional incubation system in France, combining collective training and individual coaching. This incubator provides one year of intensive support for creative project leaders in the process of creating a viable and sustainable cultural economic activity.
