VAE

Le Diplôme National Supérieur Professionnel de Comédien (National professional diploma in acting) specializing in actor-puppeteers can be awarded by Validation des Acquis de l’Expérience (Validation of acquired experience – VAE) to candidates who can prove that they have acquired skills through salaried, unsalaried, voluntary or other activities directly related to the activities and skills defined in the diploma reference framework.

Admissibility procedure

  • Guidance and information for candidates at the Pôle International de la Marionnette – Jacques Félix
    – Eligibility booklet: the duly completed eligibility booklet must be returned to the Pôle International de la Marionnette – Jacques Félix, 7 place Winston Churchill, 08000, Charleville-Mézières, along with a cheque for payment of the registration fee of €80 made payable to Pôle International de la Marionnette – Jacques Félix (cheque cashed on receipt of booklet, non-refundable).
    Application deadline: September 30, 2025
    – Application processing: notification of the decision to accept the application will be sent to candidates
    2 months maximum after the deadline for submission of the eligibility booklet
    Search for and confirmation of funding for the course (optional)

Validation procédure

Creation of a validation file describing the skills, competencies and knowledge you have acquired through your experience in the various activities you have carried out.
Deadline for submission: October 25, 2025

Évaluation

  • Examination of the file and interview with the jury
  • The jury may ask you to put your work situation into practice.
    The evaluation session takes place within the first twelve months from the date of notification of the admissibility decision.

Validation

  • Total validation: award of diploma
  • Validation of the DNSPC actor-puppeteer specialization, a level II diploma (bachelor’s degree), enables further study at Master’s level.
  • Or partial validation: in this case, the jury identifies the skills, competencies and knowledge that will be the subject of the additional assessment required to obtain the diploma.
  • Or duly motivated refusal.
