Since September 2017, ESNAM has been based in premises entirely designed for training actor-puppeteers, in place of the Grand Magasin, formerly the Troussel shop, whose Art Nouveau façade has been preserved.

• Ground floor: Reception – ESNAM Theatre – Iron/Hardware/Wood/Plaster Workshops – Materials Storage – Plastic Arts Room
• 1^st floor: Individual work room – Micro-workshop – Sewing/modelling
• 2^nd floor: Body expression rooms – Puppet storage (Puppet en stock) – Patio – Student foyer – Instrumentarium
• 3^rd floor: Classrooms – Studio (Black Box) – Building and maintenance department – Training department – Communications department
