11-year-old Tony was born with a unique characteristic – he glows. He spends his days at home in his den of blankets and dreams of making a friend. Before Christmas, a peculiar little girl called Shelly moves into his block of flats and turns his world upside down. Together, they embark on an extraordinary adventure: to find the origin of the mysterious clumps of darkness that are sucking the light out of their homes.
