The International Puppetry Center – Jacques Félix hosts and supports research in the puppetry arts. Launched in 2025, the “Têtes chercheuses” initiative gives a platform to 11 recipients of the Ministry of Culture’s “Research in Theater and Related Arts” grant program.

PART 2:

TECHNOLOGICAL DEVELOPMENT FOR CREATION, INNOVATION, AND EVOLVING WRITING PRACTICES
This section examines the role of technological development and innovation in the renewal of writing and creative practices. The companies will present the technical processes they have devised to innovate in their approaches to the puppetry arts. It will also explore the ways in which artists, engineers, and researchers collaborate on technological development in support of an artistic project.
