Ne t’oublie pas

Don’t Forget Yourself explores the inner struggle we all face: how can we live fully without betraying ourselves? On stage, a woman locks herself into a rigid routine, made up of paper, the clicking of a pen, and the mechanical clacking of a keyboard. She controls everything, even suppressing the slightest impulse of spontaneity. Trapped in a daily life that suffocates her, she is none other than an older version of the actress. Facing her, a question arises: why continue a life that distances us from ourselves? Through laughter, play, and poetry, this show reimagines her story to better reconnect with life.
