Mytho ! #5: From Heracles, where what was bound to happen will happen
When a somewhat lost teenager, encouraged by his mentor, decides to put on a theatrical series about Greek mythology: a celebration of the act of creation. After a first season consisting of four episodes and featuring around a hundred characters and props, Rodolphe returns and launches a second season. But this time, he’s determined not to do it alone. It works out perfectly, since Bénédicte, the writer, is in the area. And Simon, the mysterious teacher, is never far away. Thus begins a rewriting of Heracles’ journey, which they sculpt live with six hands. Can they spare him the trials Hera has in store for him? Rodolphe would certainly like to. Will they really have a choice in the face of History? Simon and Bénédicte aren’t so sure. And in the end, will Heracles still be a hero? That’s for the audience to decide.
